She discusses Google webmaster tools, and why she likes her job. Amanda is a very friendly person, and a great speaker. I met her at the Googleplex during a party, at the SEOmoz party, and I heard her speak at SES San Jose where she and Vanessa Fox were both on the same panel.
I used to be a regular at the Google webmaster help group, and I recommend it highly to anyone who has questions about their website and its ranking. Many answers can be found just by searching the help group.
The Official Google YouTube channel has several of these “working at Google” video clips, and they also have tons of videos from Google Zeitgeist 2007, including Bill Clinton and other celebrity guests. Thanks to SERoundtable where I found the video.

Google needs desperately to seriously alter the way spiders work. Otherwise, it will just spacing out room for “experts” to sell worthless products. :/
