Hi there this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Pat,

Thanks for your igoogle gagdget tutorials! Well, I did click on your "crappy but oddly compelling SEO blog" image link & noticed that igoogle has the "crappy" standard feed logo showing for your gadget. So, I can't help but wonder if something has changed in regards to being able to simply add an image via Feedburner to have that image appear as the gadget image as well. That is actually a question :-)

Also, just an fyi, the Gadget Editor doesn't seem to work anymore so I was unable to actually play along with your tutorial & create a gadget using it. But, thanks to another wonderful post by you, maybe I will have some luck making a gadget via dapper. Not sure I have the skills to make a gadget from scratch. Of course, I could always just use a feed & have igoogle create the gadget for me. Guess where I learned to do that? Thanks for all of your very useful info!

Regards,
Alan
