Hi, I love the content in this website, and the products that are mentioned, but I have a question to you: I'm 90% sure I have carpal tunnel. Can I still lift weights? My hands have been bothering me for about 6 mos. and just recently one started swelling between my thumb and index and it often becomes numb at night. I've been wearing a brace to keep it stable while I'm sleeping and have been doing carpal tunnel exercises/stretches. I cannot get the swelling to go down, but it's starting to feel better. I have taken two weeks off from lifting weights but do not want to take any more time off. Is it possible for me to continue lifting weights as long as I continue with my stretches and wear my brace at night? What about a simple workout (push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups) just to maintain? I do not want to make things worse as it will just prolong my health.

this was great

concerning the google gadgets
do you know how one goes about adding a simple feed to the directory? like the default feed gadgets you see such as cnn...

i tried creating something that looks similar to this:
http://www.google.com/ig/directory?url=www.elanaspantry.com%2Ffeed%2F

but can't get it to look/act like it (ie. expandable content)

gracias!
