
In the Philippines, where I live, there is no great data plan where you can surf at blazing speeds for one monthly price. In fact it is pretty expensive to do anything on the web from your phone here.

Google Free Zone
Google seems to be pushing their services by providing deals to mobile companies that allows customers to use Google services for free. Specifically Google +, Gmail, and Google search.
Interesting.
They are calling this “Google free zone”.
The documentation I have seen from carriers (like the one above) really pushes creating a Google account and using Google +.
If you sign up for a Google account through these offers (like my girlfriend did) you are greeted by a unique page….

You can see the Google freezone intro page here (or at least I can in the Philippines). They are also offering this in Indonesia and South Africa.
