I followed all your instructions and everything in the preview works fine except when I copy/paste the gadget url into MY GADGETS, I get this error:

HTML_PARSE_ERROR: org.w3c.dom.DOMException: INVALID_CHARACTER_ERR: An invalid or illegal XML character is specified. Around …gadgets.util.runOnLoadHandlers();

Any thoughts on what this means?

What comes from my mind is that when users add your gadget to their iGoogle homepage, they’ll see your content each time they visit Google.
