I Think I have Been Hacked

SEOish got hacked I think.

My site has been starting to act screwy and there is some weird search results happening. In Google blog search there are results (high ranking ones) that are using my Title and snippet but redirecting to crap sites.

I did a post about Serph.com and when you search in Google blog search for “buzz monitoring” my article comes up on the first page, yum!… But wait a minute… there are two more “versions” of my post in the first page of results too… except they are redirecting to a web cam site…. GRRRR!

What is going on? If any of you know what this is indicative of, could you please let me know and have a look?

You can see the example of what I am saying here .

I sent this email to Google Blog Search Help:

When you search for “Buzz Monitoring” my blog (seoish.com) comes up on the first page, which is great.
But it seems that my title and snippet are also showing up in two other places on the first page of results, but go to spammy redirect things, should I be worried. Have I been hacked?

Search query in blog search: buzz monitoring

Real result from my blog (on first page of results):

Buzz Monitoring – Serph Rocks
16 Jun
Seoish.com

Spam Results (also on first page of results):

Buzz Monitoring – Serph Rocks
17 Jun
Firm seo – http://firm-seo.seoz.org/

Buzz Monitoring – Serph Rocks
20 May
Yahoo Seo – http://tbs.vegetarian-diet-advice.info/blogs/Yahoo-Seo/

Please let me know if I have been hacked!
Thank you,
Patrick Sexton

Pat, your tab order is still broken. Just thought you’d want to know :-) . Turn off javascript and visit those sites. They’re normal scraper sites, nothing special (I didn’t check them all…). The seoz.org one just has a snippet from your posting and a javascript redirect in the head element: [script]document.location=’http://cams. com/go/g804458′;[/script] (you know the thing).

Just out-rank them and ignore them. If you can spot their IPs, block them. If not, no big deal.

Wow John Thanks, it is a load off, I was worried.
Hehe you are totally right abut the tab thing, sorry!
