I am moving out of this studio apartment next month and I am showing my place to people, I’m throwing some photos up so I have something to point people to. This is a cool little place that served me well. I will miss my tree

the kitchen area: the little window over the sink looks over the beach and boardwalk – doing dishes is notably less sucky when you can see the ocean as you do them.

That view is amazing I hate the cold weather states like where I am from huh huh Michigan. It probably puts you in a good mood with a view, and climate like in California.
It looks like a great place I do not think you will have any trouble renting it out. Looks well maintained! Love the blog, and I will be back!
