While I love the folks at BC - who have been nothing but first class to us - the site, and particularly the blog, are hard to navigate and come across as more of a medical text than a contemporary blog. There is a tangible disconnect between the feel of the writing and the visual impact of the site. It hurts my soul to see good writers and a good blogging platform not achieving their potential. It's always puzzled me, too, that the BC writers didn't have their own profile pages. It was hard to link to The Lisa when she didn't even have her own page on the site. I'm really hoping this will be a catalyst for change and improvements in the visual appeal and user experience on the whole BC site, blog included.
